Article 1: Campaign Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to the “AICHI SKY EXPO Gateway to Asia Campaign” (the “Campaign”), organized by Aichi International Conference & Exhibition Center Co., Ltd. (the “Organizer”) and conducted by AICHI SKY EXPO (“ASE”).
As a venue for the 2026 The 20th Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026, ASE welcomed athletes, officials, and visitors from around the world. Building on this international legacy, the Campaign aims to promote ASE to a global audience as a premier MICE destination for meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions, and other international events.

Article 2: Campaign Period

Campaign Period: September 19 (Sat), 2026 – October 24 (Sat), 2026
Social Media Advertising Period: September 19 (Sat), 2026 – October 24 (Sat), 2026
Dates are subject to change. Any changes will be announced on this page.

Article 3: Eligibility

To enter the Campaign, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
Complete the required entry process during the Campaign Period.
Applicants under the age of 18 must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before entering.
The following individuals are not eligible to enter:
Employees, representatives, or other parties involved in organizing or operating the Campaign, or their immediate family members.
Individuals who submit more than one entry. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Article 4: How to Enter

To enter the Campaign, follow these steps:

Visit the Campaign website.
STEP 2
Access the survey from the Campaign landing page.
STEP 3
Complete the survey.
STEP 4
Enter the required information, including your name and email address, and submit the entry form.
Your entry is complete once the form has been successfully submitted.

Article 5: Prizes

Selected winners will receive one of the following prizes:
Grand Prize ― Aichi Sky Expo Experience Package for Two
One-night stay for two at Four Points by Sheraton Nagoya, Chubu International Airport, including breakfast
Exclusive Aichi Sky Expo facility tour (optional)
Prize A ― Aichi Premium Dining Experience for Two
Dinner buffet for two at Evolution, Four Points by Sheraton Nagoya, Chubu International Airport, valid on weekends and public holidays
Exclusive Aichi Sky Expo facility tour (optional)
Prize B ― Aichi Local Gourmet Experience for Two
Dining voucher for two at Maruya Honten
Exclusive Aichi Sky Expo facility tour (optional)
Prize C ― Centrair Shopping Voucher

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or substituted at the winner’s request.
Prize details and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

Article 6: Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by email at the email address provided on the entry form.
Winner notifications are scheduled to be sent in late October 2026.
Please note:
Only winners will be contacted. We will not notify all applicants of the results.
If a winner does not respond within two weeks of the winner notification email, the Organizer reserves the right to revoke the prize.
Winners’ names and other personal information will not be publicly disclosed.

Article 7: Prize Delivery

The Organizer will cover the cost of delivering prizes to winners.
If a prize cannot be delivered due to delivery restrictions, an incorrect or incomplete address, or other circumstances preventing successful delivery, the winner may forfeit the prize.

Article 8: Personal Information

Personal information provided when entering the Campaign, including names and email addresses, will be used only for the following purposes:
Contacting winners and delivering prizes
Administering and managing the Campaign
Providing information related to ASE from the Organizer, only where the applicant has given consent
Personal information will be appropriately managed and will not be used for purposes other than those stated above.
Personal information will not be disclosed or provided to third parties except where required by applicable laws and regulations.

Article 9: Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited. If a violation is identified, the relevant entry may be disqualified, and legal action may be taken where appropriate:
Submitting false or misleading information
Submitting multiple entries by the same individual, including entries using different email addresses
Entering using another person’s personal information
Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or similar methods to enter
Any other activity that violates these Terms & Conditions

Article 10: Disclaimer

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, communication failures, system failures, or other force majeure events.
The Organizer shall not be liable for entries that are not successfully completed due to problems accessing the entry form, transmission failures, network issues, or similar technical difficulties.
The Organizer shall not be responsible for any problems, expenses, damages, or losses arising from the use of prizes, including airline tickets where applicable.
Any refunds, cancellations, or changes relating to airline tickets after a winner has been selected will be subject to the applicable airline’s terms and conditions. The Organizer will not be responsible for arranging or processing such changes or refunds.

Article 11: Changes to These Terms & Conditions

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions as necessary without prior notice.
Any revised Terms & Conditions will become effective upon publication on this page.

Article 12: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nagoya District Court as the court of first instance.
